1. Payment Options
Online Card Payments
Visa, Master and American express Card payments are processed through an online payment gateway system. You need not worry about your card information falling into the wrong hands because your bank will authorize the card transaction directly without any information passing through us. You can book your product using SSL encryption (the internet standard for secure transactions). In fact, transacting online with a credit card at the Website is even safer than using a credit card at a restaurant because we do not retain your credit card information. You can be assured that flygotrip.com offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the internet so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
If the payment on the credit card is declined for some reason, alternate payment instructions must be received by flygotrip.com 72 hours prior to the time of departure, else, the order is liable to be cancelled. flygotrip.com charges a service fee on all domestic airline bookings. In case of cancellation of booking, this fee is non-refundable.
If you have an account with any of the below mentioned banks, then you can pay for your order through respective bank's net banking options and the amount will be automatically debited from your account www.flygotrip.com processes the payments through an online gateway system which enables safe and secure transaction. Bank is not responsible for any inconvenience caused or non receipt of the tickets or passengers not allowed on the basis of E-tickets.

You should not take any action based on information on the Website until you have received a confirmation of your transaction. In case of confirmations to be received by email,SMS if you do not receive a confirmation of your purchase/transaction within the stipulated time period, first look into your "spam" or "junk" folder to verify that it has not been misdirected, and if still not found, please contact at +91-7900 16 7900 our call centre.
3.Delivery of Products/Services - Electronic Tickets ("e-Tickets")
What is an e-Ticket?
An e-Ticket is a paperless electronic document with a unique confirmation number given to passengers in place of a paper ticket. Passengers are required to produce the unique confirmation number at the airport airline counter to claim the e-Ticket.
How will I get my e-Ticket details?
Your e-Ticket details will be sent to your email address provided by you at the time of making the payment for your booking. In case you do not have an email address, the details will be given to you over the Phone. If you do not receive your e-ticket within 8 hours of making your booking on www.flygotrip.com, please call a Customer Care representative at +91-7900 16 7900 (All Networks).
Is it necessary to show my www.flygotrip.com Reference Number Confirmation email at the airport check-in counter of the airline?
It is not mandatory to show your flygotrip.com Reference Number Confirmation email. In case you are not carrying the www.flygotrip.com Reference Number Confirmation email, you will need to show a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. However, it is advisable that you carry your flygotrip.com Reference Number Confirmation email and e-Ticket together.
Is it necessary to carry my e-ticket with me?
Yes, it is mandatory for you to carry a copy of your e-ticket as sent by www.flygotrip.com. In the event that you fail to present a copy of your e-ticket, www.flygotrip.com will not be held responsible if the Airline does not issue a boarding pass/ disallows you from traveling.
How will I get my boarding pass for an e-Ticket?
You will need to show your e-Ticket confirmation email and e-Ticket number along with a photographic identity proof (passport, driver's license etc.) at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will issue your boarding pass at that time.
Prepaid Ticket Advice ("PTA")
A PTA is a Prepaid Ticket Advice. We will give you a PTA number that you need to present at the airport check-in counter of the airline. The airline representative will print and give you your ticket at that time.
4. Amendment and Cancellation policy
You can cancel domestic flight bookings online. Log in to My Bookings, select the relevant booking and click the Cancel button. For online cancellation, www.flygotrip.com will charge Rs. 400 per sector per passenger as standard domestic cancellation charges, will apply over and above the airlines own cancellation charges.. To amend/cancel your ticket offline, contact flygotrip.com Customer Care at 91-7900 16 7900 (All Networks). For international flight bookings, call 91-7900 16 7900. While for international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs. 500 per sector per passenger would be charged, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge.
Please refer to airline specific amendment and cancellation policy while using flygotrip.com Services. You may be required to directly contact the nearest airline office (of the concerned airline) to get your reservation cancelled.
5. How do I get a refund after canceling my ticket?
In case of e-Tickets and PTA, the refund shall be processed within 15 - 20 working days from the date of the cancellation request being made. If we have received the payment through a valid credit card, then the same will be refunded to your credit card. Payments made using any other form of payment will be refunded by cheque within a maximum of 30 days from date of receipt of ticket.
6. What are the cancellation/amendment charges?
Cancellation and/or amendment of airline tickets shall at all times be subject to fees/charges/levies/payments as may be levied/payable to the relevant airline/carrier in accordance with such relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy. Prior to booking tickets, you must acquaint yourself with the relevant airline/carrier cancellation/refund policy with respect to the ticket to be booked by you. Any cancellation/amendment fees/charges/levies/payments levied by/payable to the relevant airline shall be to your account.
Except to the extent stated in the individual airline/carrier terms and conditions or otherwise applicable to specific tickets booked/issued, cancellation fee are payable as follows.
For all domestic bookings cancelled online, standard cancellation charges as applicable by the airline shall apply. In addition, flygotrip.com will charge Rs. 400 for domestic flights and Rs 500 for international flights per booking as cancellation /amendment service fee from its customers for cancellation handled flygotrip.com our call center. The customer must read individual airline specific terms and conditions in order to find out if the ticket proposed to be booked/purchased is subject to any additional cancellation fee or charge and flygotrip.com assumes no liability whatsoever in this regard.
Note: Unless expressly stated otherwise, it is mandatory to contact flygotrip.com for refunds and the airline will not refund your tickets booked on the Website. The above mentioned cancellation process and refund processing time may vary. In case of lost or damaged tickets, the refund process cannot be initiated with the airline. Refund would be through cheque or demand draft. In case you avail of the Website's hotel reservation service and are, thereafter, not contactable on the contact details provided in this regard, then the hotel reservation selected by you will stand cancelled and flygotrip.com would not be liable for any charges/expenses incurred by you, either directly or indirectly in this regard.
7. Promotion Codes
flygotrip.com generates promotion codes from time to time which may be availed on the site as a discount coupon. Users are advised that the promotional offer of using Promotion Codes for receiving discounts is not valid for transactions relating to Air Deccan. Other regular promotions that may be offered from time to time shall be valid for all airlines, including Air Deccan, unless indicated otherwise. flygotrip.com reserves the right to add, alter, modify, withdraw all or any of the Terms and Conditions or replace, wholly or in part, the program by any other program, whether similar to this program or not or withdraw it altogether without any prior notice, In case of dispute with any party, flygotrip.com decision will be binding and final.When you register with flygotrip.com, we or any of our partners/affiliate/group companies may contact you from time to time to provide the offers/information of such products/services that we believe may benefit you.
8. Agreement Between You and flygotrip.com
The following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") apply to all visitors to or users of this Web site. 15. How do I cancel a flight reservation?
You can cancel flight bookings by calling our call center, for cancellations made via the call center, cancellation of domestic flights a standard charge of Rs. 400 per sector per passenger, over and above the airline’s own cancellation charge will apply. While for international flight bookings a standard fee of Rs. 500 per sector per passenger, will apply over and above the airlines own cancellation charges.
16. Limitation on Liability
flygotrip.com merely provides intermediary services in order to facilitate highest quality services to you. www.flygotrip.com is not the last-mile service provider to you and therefore it shall not be or deemed to be responsible for any lack or deficiency of services provided by any person (airline, travel/tour operator or similar agency) you shall engage or hire or appoint pursuant to or resulting from the material available in this website. Neither flygotrip.com nor any of its directors, employees, agents, vendors or suppliers will be liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, consequential or incidental damages including, without limitation, lost profits or revenues, costs of replacement goods, loss or damage to data arising out of the use or inability to use this Web site or any flygotrip.com product, or damages from the use of or reliance on the information present on this Web site, even if flygotrip.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Cancellation, No Show and Refunds will be as per operator policies.

21. Credit Policy
If an agent availed company services or purchased the tickets over and above his deposit amount (i.e. using credit from the company) and fails to clear the credit in the next 2 business working days, then the agent is liable to pay back the credit to the company along with interest charges at the rate of 6% per month. Further, if the agent fails to clear the liability with in the period of two days from the date of purchase of the ticket , www.flygotrip.com reserve the right to initiate appropriate civil and criminal proceeding including but not limited to criminal breach of trust, cheating, etc.
